Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2023 establishes rules for placing machinery and related products on the market and putting them into service.
It replaces Directive 2006/42/EC (the Machinery Directive) and aims to harmonize requirements across the EU through direct application of the regulation.
2. From when does Regulation 2023/1230 apply?
